By accessing and using YouTube Focus AI ("the Extension"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
YouTube Focus AI is a browser extension that helps users filter YouTube content based on their focus topics. The Extension uses AI technology to analyze and categorize YouTube videos, allowing users to hide content that doesn't match their current focus area.
3. Subscription and Payment
The Extension operates on a subscription basis with the following plans:
- Monthly Plan: $12.50 per month, billed monthly
- Yearly Plan: $120 per year, billed annually
All payments are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees as specified. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the extension settings or the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Extension until the end of your current billing period. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any subscription periods, whether used or unused. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Extension
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Maintain the security of your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including its design, functionality, and content, is the property of YouTube Focus AI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension without our express written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The AI-powered content filtering may not be 100% accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Focus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Extension.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
